Day 1 Highlights: Flying Foxes & Abseiling :) ... Flying Foxes & Nimble Spiders...
My dearest class, I'm so glad to be here in time for your very first adventure activity - foxes and abseiling! "AHHHHHH I"M SCARED!!!" "THIS IS SO SIMPLE...." "JIA YOU!!!" "COM'N YOU CAN DO IT!!!" "10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 JUMP!!!!!!!!!! "JUMP FOR MR.... JUMP FOR MRS..." "IF YOU JUMP, MS CHAN WILL GIVE YOU A BETTER CONDUCT GRADE!!!" *Ms Chan faints* Here are the pics :) Now...who will get to go first? Is this safe? :p

Ms Chan's thoughts: It was great to see so many brave 2E-ians being excited about the activities. It touched my heart to see the cooperation that was displayed by many of you...and the screaming, encouragments, jumpings, clapping that filled the air today. Although some of you did not try out the activities, I hope you learnt about resilience in the other areas of your lives. I'm happy to see the whole lot of you cheering each other on! Here's my big shout-out to Laura and Xin Rong: Laura, you really impressed me by your quiet confidence. Xin Rong, I'm so proud of you - that you did not give up no matter what happens. 2E-ians, let us continue to spur each other, and not give up till the very end! So my dear 2E...till our next entry!
